King size bed had three small pillows. There were two of us. Asked for extra pillows at desk - was told that they don't have any, but "a lot of people ask for this". Hello??? Also, bathroom light was a light bar with six lights - all but two were burned out. Lamp in room didn't work, neither did the alarm clock. Television reception was almost non-existent (kept cutting in and out), and the door didn't latch unless you did the dead bolt from the inside. We came back from dinner to a door standing partially open.

upon checking in, lobby bathroom was out of order. Rooms were filthy with human hair and bugs in the beds. Stains on carpet and popcorn kernels on the floor. This dirty condition was in all three rooms. On grounds washing machine not functioning and cleaning personal had to go to laundry mat to rewash sheets. I checked out without within hours and the hotel failed to reverse the charges after they failed to provide a clean and safe environment

Room looked like it was in the middle of being remodeled. Sheetrock showing, needing to be painted in bathroom. Scary area of San Jose!! Never again!

Old, run down, not safe; I parked at the airport-I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car at the hotel.

My wife and I stayed here, before our week trip to Hawaii. The pictures on yelp and elsewhere made the hotel look very nice, and updated. However that was not the case. When we arrived to check in, there was one girl at the front desk in her phone, face timing a friend, barely acknowledging us we stated we were here to check in. Got our room key, and set our way to the room. Opening the creeky door, the room smelt musty, and almost as if it were a smoking room, there were multiple holes in the wall, in the eye peep hole in the door they had shoved a kleenex tissue through it. The bed was extremely hard, and not comfortable. We roughed it out because it was one night. Early morning after no sleep, the shuttle did leave promptly at 5 am. On the way back, we called after our baggage claim to let them know we were ready to be picked up, she asked for my phone number which I gave her. We waited 30 mins, and saw no caravelle shuttle like the one that dropped us off, a cab called American taxi pulled up and asked if we wanted a cab, we said no thank you. Still waiting for the caravelle shuttle 20 more minuets pass, the guy in the taxi yells out "who are you waiting for?!?!?" We said caravelle. He stormed out of his vehicle showed me his phone and said he's been calling my number, the last two digits were wrong. So he angrily grabbed our luggage placed it in his car and proceeded to speed out of the airport like a bat out of hell going 55 in a 35 zone. We eventually got back to the hotel he laughed at the front desk girl and we went to our car. Needless to say was a terrible hotel. Will not book at this hotel ever again.
